Ingredients
  • 2 cup Zucchini
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped walnuts.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
