In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the zucchini mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chopped nuts.
