Ingredients
  • 2 cup Zucchini
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 0.25 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, flour, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the chopped walnuts.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
