Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon Za'atar spice blend
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add olive oil and water gradually, kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a circle.
  6. Sprinkle za'atar spice blend and sesame seeds on top of each dough circle.
  7. Fold the dough in half to create a half-moon shape and press the edges to seal.
  8. Place the pies on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
