Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them until soft and then mash them.

In a separate pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.

Add the carrots, peas, vegetable broth, tomato paste, soy sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Transfer the cooked vegetables to a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes on top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
