  • 2 large Egg
  • 1 cup Low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 9-inch Pie crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, low-fat milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
