Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Crab meat
  • 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 4 piece Lemon wedges
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, Panko breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, and parsley. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with remoulade sauce and lemon wedges.
