  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. While the cake is baking, prepare the marmalade glaze. In a small saucepan, heat the orange marmalade over low heat until melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Once the cake has cooled, spread the marmalade glaze over the top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and orange zest.
