Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Turnips
  • 200 gram Cauliflower
  • 200 gram Peas
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 200 ml Vegetable stock
  • 50 gram All-purpose flour
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, turnips, and cauliflower into small pieces.
  3. Boil the chopped vegetables in a pot of salted water until tender.
  4. In a separate pot, melt the butter and add the flour to make a roux.
  5. Gradually whisk in the vegetable stock and milk until the sauce thickens.
  6. Drain the boiled vegetables and mix them with the peas.
  7. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix well.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper.
  9. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot.
