  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and milk.
  6. Pour the cornmeal mixture over the squash mixture in the skillet. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the cornbread topping is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with a lime wedge.
