  • 2 medium Apples
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Peel and core the apples, then slice them into thin wedges.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, honey, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
