  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Slice the bananas and arrange them in a single layer on top of the crust.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to steam. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt. Gradually pour the chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture, whisking constantly.
  6. Pour the chocolate filling over the bananas in the pie dish.
