  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the white chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until pale and creamy.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
  5. Sift in the flour and baking powder, then fold gently until just combined.
  6. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased and lined cake tin.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Once cooled, spread the raspberries over the top of the cake.
  11. Melt the white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
  12. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the raspberries.
