Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crust
  • 6 ounce White chocolate
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1.5 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 unit Egg yolks
  • 2 unit Bananas
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate shavings
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks. Gradually add a small amount of the hot milk mixture to the egg yolks, whisking constantly. Then pour the egg yolk mixture back into the saucepan.
  5. Cook the mixture over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the melted white chocolate.
  6. Slice the bananas and arrange them in the graham cracker crust. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the bananas.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
  9. Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
