Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, honey, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
