Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Honey or Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the chopped walnuts.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the honey or maple syrup, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and serve.
