  • 1.5 cup Dates
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Fresh Fruits (for topping)
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend dates, almonds, and cashews until crumbly.
  2. Add coconut oil, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Process until the mixture sticks together.
  3. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Refrigerate the crust for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. Once set, remove the crust from the refrigerator and top with fresh fruits.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
