  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the lemon zest, lemon juice, and lavender extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. In a blender, puree the raspberries until smooth. Strain the puree to remove the seeds.
  10. Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
