Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, buckwheat flour, ground almonds, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, golden syrup, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Roll the dough into a ball and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Flatten the dough with your hands or a rolling pin until it's about 1/4 inch thick.

Use a cookie cutter to cut out individual biscuits and transfer them to the baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the biscuits cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, store the biscuits in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
