  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, buckwheat flour, ground almonds, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, golden syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Roll the dough into a ball and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Flatten the dough with your hands or a rolling pin until it's about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Use a cookie cutter to cut out individual biscuits and transfer them to the baking sheet.
