  • 250 gram Pie Crust
  • 500 gram Mixed Berries
  • 150 gram Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the mixed berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut into strips.
  6. Create a lattice pattern over the pie filling with the pie crust strips.
  7. Beat the egg with milk and brush the lattice crust.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Allow the pie to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
