Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 500 gram Ricotta cheese
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 150 gram Sugar
  • 100 gram Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar, raisins, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
  4. Pour the ricotta mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
