In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
