Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pie crust
  • 2 cup Mixed vegetables
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.
  6. Spread the cooked vegetables evenly over the pie crust.
  7. Pour the milk and egg mixture over the vegetables.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden and the filling is set.
  10. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
