Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, coconut milk, maple syrup, cornstarch, pumpkin pie spice, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, oat flour, coconut sugar, and salt. Mix well. Add in the coconut oil and ice water. Mix until a dough forms.

Press the dough into a pie dish to form the crust. Pour the pumpkin filling into the crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
