  3. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, oat flour, coconut sugar, and salt. Mix well. Add in the coconut oil and ice water. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into a pie dish to form the crust. Pour the pumpkin filling into the crust.
