Ingredients
  • 1 crust Vegan graham cracker crust
  • 2 avocado Avocado
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup Key lime juice
  • 0.5 cup Agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the avocado, coconut milk, key lime juice, agave syrup, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and lime zest. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into the vegan graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
