Ingredients
  • 300 gram Ripe bananas
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 150 gram Coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 gram Coconut oil
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add coconut sugar, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in apple cider vinegar.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
