Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the pie crust and transfer it to a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt. Mix well.

Gradually add the evaporated milk while stirring.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.

Sprinkle the walnuts on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (180°C) and continue baking for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set.
