Ingredients
  • 4 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 pack Chocolate Wafer Cookies
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup Cherries
  • 2 tablespoon Sprinkles
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, crush the chocolate wafer cookies.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, soften the vanilla ice cream and spread it evenly over the crust.
  5. Place the cake in the freezer and let it set for at least 4 hours.
  6. Before serving, remove the cake from the pan and decorate with whipped cream, cherries, and sprinkles.
  7. Slice and enjoy!
