Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Apples
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Peel and chop the apples into small pieces. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped apples. Spoon the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. In a small bowl, mix together powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled muffins. Enjoy!
