  2. In a large bowl, mix together the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut milk.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well.
  5. Fold in the shredded coconut.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice to make the glaze.
