Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the onion, carrots, and peas to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the milk and mashed potatoes until smooth.
  6. Season the beef mixture with salt and black pepper.
  7. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the mashed potatoes are golden brown.
  9. Let the shepherd's pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
