Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and salt.

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Add the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and mint extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
