Ingredients
  • 12 ounce Pie Crust
  • 4 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a 9-inch pie dish with it.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut it into strips.
  6. Create a lattice pattern on top of the strawberry filling with the pie crust strips.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  9. Serve with whipped cream on top.
