Ingredients
  • 500 gram Turkey
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Peas
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes. Boil in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  4. Add the turkey and cook until browned. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Gradually add the chicken stock and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add the carrots, peas, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer the turkey mixture to a baking dish. Top with the cooked potatoes.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.
  9. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
