Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 pound Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and cook until onions are translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Add carrots and peas to the skillet and cook for a few minutes.
  5. In a separate pot, boil sweet potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk.
  6. Transfer the turkey mixture to a baking dish. Spread the mashed sweet potatoes on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
