Ingredients
  • 1.5 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Set aside.
  3. Steam the cauliflower until tender. Drain and mash with butter.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  5. Add the cooked ground turkey, frozen mixed vegetables, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  6. Transfer the turkey mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Spread the mashed cauliflower over the turkey mixture.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
