Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion, carrots, and garlic until softened.
  4. Add the cooked turkey back to the skillet and stir in the Worcestershire sauce, thyme, chicken stock, peas, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer the turkey mixture to a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
