In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the onion, carrots, peas, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Transfer the turkey mixture to a baking dish.

In a separate bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, butter, salt, and black pepper. Spread the mashed potatoes over the turkey mixture.
