  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, grated carrots, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned. Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, stock, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes and then stir in frozen peas.
  5. Meanwhile, peel and dice potatoes. Boil them until tender and then mash with butter and milk until smooth.
  6. Transfer the turkey mixture to a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes over the top.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the mashed potatoes.
