  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion, carrots, and peas until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir until coated. Cook for an additional minute.
  5. Slowly add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
  6. Return the cooked ground turkey to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Transfer the turkey and vegetable mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top of the turkey mixture.
  9. Sprinkle cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper over the mashed potatoes.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the filling is bubbling.
  11. Allow the shepherd's pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
