Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the onion, carrots, peas, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the cooked ground turkey back to the skillet. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a separate pot, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  6. Transfer the turkey mixture to a baking dish. Top with the mashed potatoes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
