Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion, carrots, and garlic until softened.
  4. Add the cooked turkey back to the skillet and stir in the Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and chicken broth. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
  5. Stir in the frozen peas and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the mashed potatoes.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
