Ingredients
  • 2 cup Turkey
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 2 cup Potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Add turkey, carrots, peas, and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the filling.
  9. Cut slits in the pastry to allow steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
