  3. Add turkey, carrots, peas, and potatoes. Cook until turkey is no longer pink.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
  5. Slowly pour in chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the baking dish, trimming any excess.
  9. Cut a few slits on the pastry to allow steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
