Ingredients
  • 1 pound Turkey
  • 2 cup Pasta
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion, garlic, and mushrooms until softened.
  5. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth.
  6. Add the cooked turkey, peas, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, followed by the turkey mixture, and then the remaining pasta.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
