  4. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, ground cumin, and salt to the skillet. Stir well.
  5. Return the cooked ground turkey to the skillet and mix well.
  6. Add the black beans and corn kernels to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  8. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  9. Stir in the milk until just combined.
  10. Transfer the turkey chili mixture to a baking dish.
  11. Drop spoonfuls of the cornbread batter on top of the chili.
  12. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown.
