Ingredients
  • 500 gram Turkey
  • 1 cup Stuffing
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, stuffing, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
