Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large pot, cook the turkey until browned. Remove from pot and set aside.

In the same pot, sauté the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic until tender.

Add flour to the pot and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Gradually stir in the chicken broth and milk. Cook until thickened.

Add the cooked turkey, frozen peas, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Roll out the biscuit dough and place it on top of the turkey mixture.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
