Ingredients
  • 12 ounce Canned tuna
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 stalk Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine canned tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped green onions, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook the tuna cakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or dip.
