Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crust
  • 2 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 can Condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon Shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crust with melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a blender, combine the strawberries, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, condensed milk, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the cooled crust.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Before serving, top the pie with whipped cream and sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
